WHO CARRIES OUT OUR DELIVERIES?

Shipments are made with affiliated couriers, which will be indicated in the order, with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by a courier with the requested signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever shipping choices you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

HOW LONG DOES A DELIVERY TAKE?

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

As a rule a delivery reaches its destination in no longer than 3-5 working days. In exceptional cases it may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. The shipping costs also vary depending on the destination if Italy, European Union countries, European countries outside the European Union.

We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and the shipping costs apply to each of them.

The package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to the protection of fragile objects.

The boxes are generously sized and the items are well protected.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY ORDER STATUS?

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you'll receive a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION email. In this email you'll find a delivery number, which you can use online to check the delivery status of your package. Your order will become traceable via this number about two working days after the delivery has been confirmed.

You can TRACK YOUR ORDER in three ways:

  1. Via your account: Go to My Account, then Order Status, find the relevant order and click on Details - the details of your order will appear. Then click on Tracking, which will take you directly to the courier website. Here you can view the current status of your order.
  2. Via the Delivery Confirmation email: You can check your order status in this email by clicking on Tracking.
  3. Via the courier website: enter your customer ID code (you'll find it in the delivery confirmation email), and click on Search to view the current status of your order.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If you still haven't received the package within a week of receipt of the delivery confirmation email, get in touch with our customer services department by either: sending an email to servizioclienti@legravine.com , completing the form in the Contacts section or calling +39 099 4502091.

THE DELIVERY ON APPOINTEMENT

The goods can be delivered “by appointment” on the day and time agreed with the Customer.

It allows the maximum convenience and flexibility. It foresees to decide by phone with the recipient an appointment for the delivery. The appointment could be concur with the recipient from the date of the arrival in the courier branch and the date for the delivery could be decided at the latest 2 following working days .

In the period that the delivery stands in the destination branch, waiting for the day established for the appointment, the costs of storage won’t be applied. The delivery will be made at the time established with the recipient,  with tolerance of an hour in advance or late, compared to the time fixed.

Ancillary service: you have to pay it adjoin to the price of the delivery; it’s ideal foot the deliveries which punctuality is the main condition for the delivery. The courier will call the recipient a the phone number indicated by the Client during the service request, to decide the appointment, based on the recipient’s availability and in line with the times of delivery used from the service.

The client must indicate the phone number and the recipient’s references, writing the special fields directly used in the Technological Solution or writing them in the Consignment Note.

The client is responsible of the correctness of the telephone references inserted during the application of the service: if the telephone references are incomplete or incorrect, if the courier will not be able to contact the client to decide the appointment and, in this case, the delivery will be delivered according to the standard times preview from the service used.

It’s also possible to ask for the service of delivery On Appointment accompanied from the Consignment Note through the apposition of the adhesive Accessory of delivery, in order to discover the identifying barcode.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders placed on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday or the first working day.

The orders will be delivered by express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. The Supplier is not responsible for unpredictable delays.

DELIVERY TIME

To guarantee all the freshness and goodness of our products, delivery is made within 1-2 days after the order is processed in continental Italy, 2-3 days after the order is processed in Italy’s island and 3-4 days from the time the order is processed in Europe and islands.

SHIPPING DAYS

Refrigerated orders are processed exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Orders for long-life products are processed every day, from Monday to Friday.
